Yea, for leveling spec ill probibly move some points into the dodge and such, but when i grind i actually dont stealth alot(as combat at least).

I stealth a lot for questing....zip in, talk to the NPC or pick up the quest item, zip out.  It's like going to Wisconsin.

Yeah, I stealth a lot while questing also... thats the whole point in being a rogue is to sneak around.  You're not being a very good ninja if people can see you...

Just an update for you combat specs:

Use Wound Poison on your fastest weapon and Deadly on the other. Without the poison application talents and non-envenoming, IP is actually the worst of the poisons in terms of damage. The instant from the Wound Poison (50% proc instead of the 30% IP proc) will net you more damage.

If you need solid proof, feel free to use this spreadsheet (warning, it's not very 'user friendly', but easy enough to figure out):

After successfully hacking the password I thought I'd share the following info with you sneaky types.

    Where are the sharpening stones?

    Verimonde:
Sharpening Stones and also Wizard Oils have been discontinued. While they were something nice to use once in a while for most people for many raid guilds they were simply another burden to the cost of raiding. They also caused some issues in that they only helped certain classes and took away some of the uniqueness of other classes who were able to imbue their weapons with temporary enchants such as rogues and warlocks.

Depends I think. Good for most that no longer have to farm/purchase them anymore. But for us it may just be more of a pain. If Blizz balanced out the DPS between classes with the assumption we would be using the 'unique' enchants we have, then it becomes just one more thing we have to manage and take up bag space to stay on par with other classes. However, if the balancing occured without the use of the enchants then it will be something I feel will be positive to have.

Rogues should not be using stones instead of poisons after 3.0 anyways.  So, this really doesn't affect us at all.
