Civilian

 Goal:

This is a "Full Clear" of TK for loot and testing of recruits. If we have time we will attempt Kael. If you are limited by time, please do mention it in your sign up. DO NOT sign up unless you plan to stay for the whole run, or plan in advance to have the same class/spec sub in for you. Subs should be parked outside TK ready to step in. Mains and decently geared alts are welcome and will be treated equally for purposes of gear distribution.

Requirements:

Everyone should have DBM (Deadly Boss Mod) and Omen (Threat Meter) At Least.

Bring your consumables. Everyone should have on them during every boss fight: Elixirs, Food Buff, Weapon Oil, Mana and Healing pots.  I will be checking for this.

Knowledge of the boss encounters for the class and spec you bring is required. 

Access to Civilian Teamspeak server. Everyone must be logged into TS.

If you are not going to take this run seriously, please do not sign up. This is a casual raid but we want to be efficient and quick.

Rules: 

• Loot will be distributed by main role upgrade and need.
• All boe blue and greens will be distributed by greed roll.
• Epics that no one needs will be sharded. Shards will be distributed to people who did not get loot and/or by roll upon completion of instance. 
• Designs/Patterns/Plans will be given out to those who can use them. If that fails to happen they will be sent to the Guild's Bank or a Guild Officer Crafter.
• Anyone can sign up for this raid, however we will be bringing the best class mix to clear the instance.
• Please plan to take this run seriously so we can move quickly with as few problems as possible.

Please sign up listing your class and role, thank you.  If you sign-up and then don't show you move down my list of people I invite to casual raids so don't do it unless you mean it.

NOTE: Raid will not happen if right mix does not show up.

NOTE:  I will bring Grind if we have enough capable tanks and are lacking healers.
