Level 80 Combat Ratings and Stats

Note that the following data are only verified correct for build 3.0.1.8970 (9/23/08), and may change during beta testing.

Build 8962 changes:
1. Mana regen from Spirit nerfed at level 71 to 80, at level 80 the amount of regen is nerfed to about 78% of the original value.
2. Players lower then level 34 will now convert resilience ratings at the same rate as level 34 players.

Ok you noob, take a look at your Armory.

Looking at your hit rating you have a numerical value of 241. You now take that number and look at the chart. At level 70 it gives hit a value of 15.76923275. You then take 241 and divide by 15.76923275. That answer is 15.28 which is the percent increased you will hit with melee attacks verified on your armory page.

Another example is your crit numerical value of 191. The chart at level 70 gives a value of 22.07692337. 191 divided by 22.07692337 gives you an inceased chance to crit of 8.65% again verified on your armory page.

Knowing you are currently in the Burgh and you may be too drunk to comprehend what I posted above, it is simply the numerical value of each stat needed to increase that stat by 1%.

 Also note that dodge/parry has diminishing returns.

For the most part it looks like the values double from 70 to 80.  So if you keep the same gear you'll lose about half of your crit/hit/etc.

Note that in many cases talents add fixed percentages, though.  For example, if I have 25% crit it's 20% due to to rating and 5% due to talents.  So at level 80 with the same gear that would drop to 10% due to rating but still 5% to talents, for a total of 15%.

For DK: L.80 is 62.5 agi for 1% crit. I imagine that it's the same for 60 and 70 as Warrior as well.
